I am a data analyst who enjoys turning messy operational data into decisions people actually act on. Over the past six years I have worked across logistics and retail, building dashboards and forecasting models that hold up under real deadline pressure. I care most about clarity: a chart that survives contact with a busy stakeholder is worth more than a clever one that does not. Outside of work I mentor new analysts through a local data-community meetup.
Experience
Lead analyst for the fleet operations team, building demand forecasting models and a routing efficiency dashboard used by six regional depots. Reduced late-delivery rate by 14% by identifying a scheduling bottleneck in the dispatch queue.
Owned weekly sales and inventory reporting for 80+ stores, migrating a spreadsheet-based process into a SQL and BI pipeline. Partnered with merchandising to build a markdown-timing model that improved sell-through rates.
Supported client reporting for small-business customers, cleaning survey and transaction data and building recurring Excel and Tableau reports.
Projects
An internal tool that flags delivery routes at risk of missing SLA windows using historical traffic and load data, now used daily by dispatch supervisors.
A side project visualizing public transit delay patterns from open city data, built to practice forecasting techniques outside of work.
